A leading main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Building Services Manager to join their team, working on Construction projects across the UK and Ireland.Responsibilities:Managing the design, delivery, and commissioning of building services within construction projectsCollaborating with pre-construction teams to ensure client requirements are met and project proposals align with these needsOverseeing the integration of building services into construction plans and ensuring timely delivery of relevant informationSupporting planning teams to ensure that building services are fully integrated into project schedulesMonitoring progress and coordinating with project management to ensure specialist contractors meet resource and project needsSupporting commercial teams with contract variations and valuationsManaging the commissioning process and ensuring all systems function as designed, with proper training provided to building usersAttending client progress and technical meetings, and chairing specialist design and commissioning meetingsIdeal Candidate:The successful applicant should be qualified in one of the following or equivalent: A Mechanical or Electrical Technical qualificationBTEC in Building Services Engineering or related fieldsHNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Building ServicesDegree in Building Services EngineeringWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
