Sales Account Manager

Our client, a leader in the Test and Measurement sector, is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their growing team during a period of rapid expansion. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of being home-based, ideally within the central regions of the UK, and involves field-based activities primarily across the North of England.Key Responsibilities:Creating and executing an annual sales plan for the North of England territoryManaging and expanding the existing customer base within the automotive, aerospace, and transportation industriesLeading customer meetings, product demonstrations, and participation in exhibitionsProviding professional, technical, and commercial expertise to both new and existing customersIncreasing market penetration and driving business growthJob Requirements:Full UK driving licenceExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookSuperb interpersonal, communication and customer service skillsProven experience in field salesExcellent technical knowledge, ideally with a degree in an Electrical or Mechanical related subjectExperience within the automotive or transportation industryExperience with CRM systems (highly advantageous)Benefits:Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonusesPermanent contract with standard working hours from Monday to Friday25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with increasing entitlement based on length of serviceAccess to a company car allowance and laptopCompany pension contribution up to 12.5% based on criteriaPrivate medical insurance and healthcare schemeIf you possess experience in selling Test and Measurement products and are ready for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
