This role involves overseeing front-of-house operations ensuring seamless interactions and driving initiatives that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Front-of-House Management:Oversee reception visitor management and lobby areas to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Employee Engagement:Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction including organizing events activities and wellness programs.Space Optimization:Manage the physical layout and aesthetics of the workplace to promote collaboration comfort and productivity.Understanding Technology -Work collaboratively with local TOCS team to ensure best utilisation and understanding of on-site systems to enhance the employee experience.Feedback and Improvement:Collect and analyse employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous positive change.Be a disrupter challenge the status quo and challenge existing teams to ensure exceptional service.Sustainability:Promote sustainable practices within the workplace to support environmental goals and employee well-being.Manage local FM issues and oversee on-site delivery both via direct service lines and building management..Experience:.Experience:Proven experience in workplace management employee engagement or facilities management.Skills:Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
