Whether youre already in the UK or seeking Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, this is your chance to build a stable, long-term career with a respected employer that values skill, pride, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities Carrying out diagnostic investigations, advanced fault finding, and technical repairs on high-performance vehicles.Undertaking scheduled servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs, and software updates in line with manufacturer standards.Completing detailed vehicle health checks and communicating professional recommendations to customers and colleagues.Liaising with service advisors and customers to explain complex technical issues clearly.Calibrating, testing, and maintaining diagnostic and specialist workshop equipment.Ensuring all repair, service, and warranty work complies with health and safety, quality, and manufacturer guidelines.Maintaining up-to-date repair logbooks, accurate job cards, and digital service records.Conducting road tests and final quality checks to ensure work meets brand excellence standards.Supporting apprentices and junior technicians with mentoring, guidance, and knowledge sharing.Staying aligned with ongoing manufacturer training, industry innovations, and emerging technologies in vehicle diagnostics and electrification.What Were Looking ForYoure an experienced Panel Beater who takes pride in technical excellence and craftsmanship.You have:Proven experience in body and structural repair of modern vehicles (premium brand experience desirable) Strong working knowledge of bodyshop tooling, jigs, and welding techniques Ability to carry out repairs to manufacturer and insurance quality standards Excellent problem-solving and technical repair skills Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced workshop Eligibility to work in the UK or meet Skilled Worker visa requirements Whats Beneficial to HaveBSI Kitemark or manufacturer repair accreditation (e.g. Audi, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz) ATA Accreditation or NVQ Level 3 (or international equivalent such as Merseta Level 3) Experience in prestige or performance vehicle repair Proficiency with Celette or Car-O-Liner jig alignment systems Competence in MIG, TIG, and spot welding Familiarity with aluminium and high-strength steel repairs Knowledge of ADAS calibration processes or awareness of how structural work affects ADAS systems Understanding of BSI PAS 125 / BS 10125 standards Experience working within an insurance-approved bodyshop environmentWhats On OfferSalary: £36,000£42,000 per annum (depending on experience and designation).Hours: 3840 hours per week, across 5 days.Holidays: 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).Modern, BSI-approved bodyshop with premium facilitiesOngoing training and career developmentSupportive, skilled, and stable team cultureVisa Sponsorship & RelocationThis role is open to: UK-based applicants (proof of right to work required).International candidates requiring UKVI Skilled Worker (T2) sponsorship.Tier 4 UK graduates with automotive or mechanical engineering qualifications.As part of the BlackgoldPlusSponsor Licensing System, the employer is a registered and compliant UKVI sponsor , offering a secure and transparent route to employment.
