Responsibilities:

  • Supporting both the hiring and servicing teams managing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assessing, filing, and sorting enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to equipment availability, maintenance, and customer accounts
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing payments from customers
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Collaborate with the operations team to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for scanning, filing, and producing reports in Excel.
  • Strong data entry skills are required to efficiently handle administrative tasks.
