It’s a small team where everyone pulls together, and you’ll have the chance to build real relationships with both colleagues and clients.The role:You’ll be joining a small but experienced tax team, taking the lead on a portfolio of personal tax clients including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and partners. You’ll be hands-on with compliance, while also advising on planning opportunities and mentoring junior colleagues.What you’ll be doing:Managing a personal tax portfolio and acting as the main point of contact.Preparing and reviewing tax returns for a variety of individuals.Providing tax planning advice to help clients optimise their tax positions.Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.Supporting and guiding junior members of the tax team.Identifying ways to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.About you:You have 4+ years of personal tax experience, ideally in an accountancy firm.You’re confident preparing and reviewing returns and providing client advice.You have excellent attention to detail and strong technical knowledge.You’re client-focused and enjoy building long-term relationships.You’re a clear communicator, both written and verbal.You’re a team player who’s always happy to support others.What’s in it for you:A supportive, people-first firm with a fantastic workplace culture.Competitive salary based on your experience.The chance to work with a varied and interesting client base.A small, close-knit team where your contribution will be recognised.Ongoing opportunities to grow your career in tax.Interested?
