Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our team based in Ellesmere Port and surreounding areas. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,985.75 basic plus opportunity to earn OTE with Company Van, Fuel Card Plus Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities for this Multi Skilled Joiner role are:
Remove or relay or lay new, flag workUndertake small scale groundworkRepair /renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boardsRepair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and Gor sheet flooringRepair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panellingRepair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishesRepair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windowsRepair/ renew timber and UPVC window framesReglaze timber fencing and gatesMulti trade skilled Joiner and capable of complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor ground work activities
What we are looking for in our ideal Multi Skilled Joiner:
Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner. Competent in all aspects of the Joiner trade discipline. Plastering trade discipline (desirable). Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core Joinery or Groundwork and experience working within a social housing environment. A current driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
