The role involves working on various projects around the local area with a team of multi-skilled joiners. Types of work you will be undertaking are refurbishment work, stud work, skirting, ceiling building, insulation, floor laying and doors. You will be expected to have a basic understanding of the roles and good tool skills with the ability to work closely as part of a team or on your own initiative following instructions.

Types of works would include:

- Primarily joinery but also various property maintenance tasks including the following.
- Tiling
- Glazing
- Fencing
- Decoration
- Bathroom
- Kitchen Installation

**Requirements and prospects desired skills**

Must have completed at least one year of a Joinery Diploma.

**Desired skills**
- Basic understanding of building principles - in particular joinery
- Excellent timekeeping

**Desired qualifications**

Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Carpentry: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ level 1 (required)
