I'm looking for a Senior Account Director who is looking for a new challenge


Job Description: As a Senior Account Director specializing in lifestyle, fashion, or sportswear PR, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing strategic communication initiatives. Leveraging your expertise and passion for these industries, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, enhancing reputation, and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of lifestyle, fashion, or sportswear brands.
  • Lead a team of talented PR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders within the lifestyle, fashion, and sportswear spheres.
  • Drive media outreach efforts, securing high-impact placements across a variety of platforms including print, digital, and broadcast media.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand identity, messaging, and goals, and translate these insights into compelling PR initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee campaign performance metrics and analytics, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for optimization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic counsel, thought leadership, and proactive solutions to address challenges and seize opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial and new business drive.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of PR professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of media relations, including established contacts within lifestyle, fashion, and sportswear media outlets.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
