  • Analyse and work the large AA/EAC reports, perform daily analysis to identify discrepancies.
  • Proactively resolve settlement discrepancies, including EAC appeals, and manage the submission and resolution of reads, while addressing industry read rejections.
  • Own the daily operational tasks of ensuring accuracy in settlement figures, including working on D0095 and D0004s exception.
  • Maintain the integrity of metering data, investigating issues, and liaising with relevant parties, such as MPAS, Ecoes, MOP, Data Collectors and Data Aggregators, to ensure billing alignment.
  • Monitor the recovery of kWh to ensure accurate billing, with monthly tracking and reporting responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry settlement targets, carrying out weekly reviews, and maintaining oversight to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Flow correction ensuring that correct agents are appointed and from the correct dates, in addition process any missing flows.
  • Participating in by weekly calls with our Data Collector and Data Aggregators to discuss problem sites etc.
  • Resolving internal tickets related to EAC and failed meter reading issues.


About you:

  • Proven experience with energy settlements, billing, and data management.
  • Knowledge of industry data flows (D0001s, D0002s, D0004s and D0095s) and the BSC market arrangements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards.
