Analyse and work the large AA/EAC reports, perform daily analysis to identify discrepancies.nProactively resolve settlement discrepancies, including EAC appeals, and manage the submission and resolution of reads, while addressing industry read rejections.nOwn the daily operational tasks of ensuring accuracy in settlement figures, including working on D0095 and D0004s exception.nMaintain the integrity of metering data, investigating issues, and liaising with relevant parties, such as MPAS, Ecoes, MOP, Data Collectors and Data Aggregators, to ensure billing alignment.nMonitor the recovery of kWh to ensure accurate billing, with monthly tracking and reporting responsibilities.nEnsure compliance with industry settlement targets, carrying out weekly reviews, and maintaining oversight to drive continuous performance improvement.nFlow correction ensuring that correct agents are appointed and from the correct dates, in addition process any missing flows.nParticipating in by weekly calls with our Data Collector and Data Aggregators to discuss problem sites etc.nResolving internal tickets related to EAC and failed meter reading issues.

About you:nProven experience with energy settlements, billing, and data management.nKnowledge of industry data flows (D0001s, D0002s, D0004s and D0095s) and the BSC market arrangements.nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.nProficiency in relevant software systems and tools.nStrong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders.nSelf-starter with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards.
