Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as the Managing Director at Cutterwell & Co., with flexibility for remote working to get the job done. The Managing Director will oversee the sales growth of the company, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, managing budgets and resources by building and leading a sales team to deliver profitable growth on the UK cable management market.


Qualifications

  • Leadership, strategic planning and well honed decision-making skills
  • Financial management and budgeting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the the cable management sector
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 standards and quality management
  • An understanding of the 's needs and an ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement on the back of this understanding
