With a focus on ensuring the right content reaches theright audiences at the right time through proper channels the Area Communication ProjectManager plays a key role in advancing the Churchs mission and Area priorities.Align content deployment and channel strategies including publishing timelineswith Area product plans and budgets through close coordination with the divisionmanagers and external vendors.Support local contributors and national directors in effective channel managementwhile coordinating with headquarters to deploy global campaigns and share Areafeedback.Identify and address communication gaps to improve reach and effectiveness.Foster collaboration creativity and mutual respect across teams and cultures.Responsibilities Project & Stakeholder ManagementLead end-to-end planning and execution of digital communication projects acrossmultiple channels ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.Collaborate with leadership to define priorities shape messaging and secure buy-infor key initiatives.Act as primary liaison with external vendors and partners managing relationshipsto facilitate proper orientation to maintain high quality consistency and efficiencyin content production and deployment.Coordinate with headquarters to deliver global initiatives and share feedback fromArea audiences to inform future strategy.Content Deployment & Channel OversightDrive the implementation of global digital strategies across web social media emailand emerging platforms.Oversee Area-level channel planning and deployment ensuring integration withglobal frameworks and responsiveness to area and local needs.Balance council-based communication models with data-informed and audience focusedapproaches to maximise reach and engagement.Monitor and adapt to evolving communication trends incorporating best practicesfrom both established and innovative platforms.Design & Content ExecutionOversee channel publishing workflows editorial calendars for efficient contentdelivery across all digital channelsPartner with design and production teams to develop visually compelling brand alignedassets that meet strategic goals including the cultural adaptation of globalmaterials to resonate with local audiences.Monitoring & ReportingMonitor evaluate and report on channel performance using analytics tools.Benchmark Area channels against global best practice and identify opportunities forgrowth and improvement.Ensure content accuracy visual consistency and legal compliance as well as dataprotection and digital governance requirements by partnering with internalstakeholders.Prepare regular reports and recommendations for the Communication andPublishing Director and councils.Countries of ResponsibilityThe Channels Manager will oversee digital communication platforms across all countrieswithin the Europe North Area.QualificationsBachelors degree in communications media digital marketing or related field (orequivalent professional experience); a Masters degree is preferred.Extensive experience in digital channel management communications strategy ordigital content publishing.Proven ability to execute digital campaigns and manage publishing workflows acrossmultiple platforms.Strong understanding of analytics audience engagement and emerging digital trends.Understanding of both traditional communication models (councils local leaders print)and modern approaches.Skilled in analytics data interpretation and translating insights into actionable strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additionalEuropean languages is highly desirable.Experience working across diverse cultures and multi-language platforms.Must hold a current temple recommend (if endowed) or be temple worthy (if notendowed).Working ConditionsLive or be willing to relocate within an hours commute from the Area office in High Wycombe.Full-time permanent employment.Occasional evening or weekend work may be required in specific projects andinitiatives.Some travel within the Area may be necessary.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Sales Experience,Direct Sales,retail Experience,Hospitality Experience,Management Experience,Process Improvement,Outside Sales,Team Management,Kaizen,Leadership Experience,Public Speaking,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
