Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Customer Engagement Learning Manager EU who is strategic collaborative and forward-thinking to join us in our European Learning team based in our Brussels office in Belgium or Slough UK.About the roleYou will be working in a team that drives regional learning strategy and capability building across Europe. Your role will focus on planning executing and aligning learning initiatives with business priorities supporting talent development and customer engagement excellence.Who youll work withYou will collaborate with the Head of Learning EU and work closely with stakeholders across European markets. Youll be part of the Patient Impact and Patient Evidence Learning Organisation co-creating solutions with global intercontinental and local partners.What youll do Plan and execute regional learning and capability projects across European markets Align learning priorities with business strategy and post-launch milestones Build trust with senior leaders and influence capability decisions Anticipate future skill gaps and develop innovative learning solutions Support leadership succession and talent acceleration across the region Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and co-create executable learning plansInterestedFor this role were looking for the following education experience and skills: Bachelors degree is required Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with project management focus Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills are an absolute must Experience in coordinating learning programs across multiple countries Proficiency in digital learning tools and blended learning approaches Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plusAre you ready to go beyond to create value and make your mark for patients If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from youAbout usUCB is a global biopharmaceutical company focusing on neurology and immunology.
