Based in Slough it follows our Best of Both approach with the flexibility to work 3 days a week from the office and 2 days from home.No relocation assistance is offered for this position.Core ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a global Learning & Development team of 30-40 employees across multiple managerial levels who focus on designing and delivering classroom training and e-learning for onboarding and ongoing skills development.Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the team and foster a collaborative culture.Coach and challenge the team to perform to the best of their ability providing regular feedback and encouraging an atmosphere of personal development.Accountability for all Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and the development of a learning strategy and training road maps to support future capability needs across all levels in CSE.Guide the team in crafting and delivering induction training and skills development for customer-facing employees ensuring alignment with business goals and brand representation.Work collaboratively with the wider L&D team to leverage synergies of business-wide initiatives and to actively influence and cater for generic CSE training needs.As a member of the global CSE leadership team participate in strategic direction setting and leadership of the entire CSE department. CSE helps protect the brand while creating lasting relationships and loyalty through engagement and serviceThe Senior Manager Learning and Development leads the CSE Academy a global team of training specialists and managers who design and deliver training onboarding and development activities to the CSE department with a focus on customer-facing employees.
