A multi service specialist personal injury law firm in Liverpool is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Personal Injury department.

You will be working with a pool of secretaries to support fee earners with audio typing and the preparation of documents and correspondence. 

**Previous legal secretarial experience is essential for this role**

  • Full time, office based – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 
  • Salary depending on experience up to £25,000

Duties to include: 

  • Preparing correspondence and documents via digital dictation
  • Photocopying and scanning documents
  • Making appointments, arranging meetings and liaising with lawyers, clients, Counsel and others
  • Making and receiving calls to clients and others in a professional and friendly manner
  • Supporting other secretaries and the administration team as required
