In addition, the business is also a major player in the consumer healthcare market, producing products and services relating to personalised healthcare and diagnostics.The OpportunityThe business now had an opportunity for a senior Employment lawyer to join the UK and wider EMEA business. You will work closely with the business on a wide range of matters, leading and advising on all aspects of employment law, employee relations, performance matters, employment strategies and industrial relations. You will work closely with the UK, EMEA and often wider international HR teams, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring cohesion and best practice across the business internationally.Location Given the international nature of the business, there is no office requirement for this role, it is remote. There will be the occassional team meeting or need for EMEA travel but the rest of the time, the role is genuinely remote.About You This is a rare and unique opportunity for a senior employment lawyer with EMEA emloyment law expeirence to join a people-led business in a key legal role for the business. The position will suit an employment lawyer who enjoys building and fostering strong working relationships and working with a business which holds itself to high standards on employment law matters.The role will ideally commence in January 2026. Broad and varied employment law is essential, with EMEA exposure or experience also being key.
