Amazon Channel Manager

Our client is a much-loved D2C e-commerce brand who operate in a fast growing category with innovation and inclusivity at the heart of all they do. They care about the people they work with and the world around them. Responsibility is at their core and they champion bringing your authentic self to work.
They are growing quickly, launching new products and into new territories so are looking for an Amazon Channel Manager to join their team.
They are looking for an Amazon Seller expert to expand their presence on the platform. This is a key hire and will help with their focus on profitable growth and exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be able to manage and deliver Amazon / Marketplaces strategy whilst maintaining brand integrity.
The role:
- Manage and deliver overarching Amazon strategy, identifying areas for growth and key new market trends.
- Track, report and analyse performance, conversion and traffic in the Amazon platform
- Deliver actionable insight to improve channel performance
- Use data to forecast demand and seasonality
- Manage Keywords effectively – keyword research, refining matches, managing organic product listings and A + content etc to improve campaign performance
- Manage and deliver effective pricing and promotional activity
- Ensure the customer is at the heart of all Amazon / Marketplaces activity and that customer service and standards are best in class
- Optimise online reviews – including but not limited to Google and Trustpilot.
Implement pricing, promotional, and operational strategies to maximise profitability..
- Forge strong relationships with colleagues and with third parties

- An Amazon Seller expert who has managed accounts directly
- A data focused mind with great experience using analytics tools
- A Strategic thinker who can analyse Amazon Ad performance and evaluate outputs
