At Legal & General we believe in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.What youll be doing:Managing the transition of pensioner payrolls from previous providersLoading annuitant schemes and amendments onto administration systemsReconciling buy-in payments and ensuring accuracy within agreed timescalesSupporting clients with ongoing queries and updatesEnsuring benefits and payments align with benefit specificationsDocumenting and testing processes for consistency and improvementMaintaining full audit trails across all data lifecycle stagesCommunicating key updates to internal teams and third parties to support customer outcomesQualifications : Who were looking for:Demonstrating experience in payroll or pensions administrationUnderstanding defined benefit pension schemes and relevant legislationWorking confidently with Excel and data management toolsPrioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlinesCollaborating with internal and external stakeholdersMaintaining high standards of accuracy and complianceShowing commitment to treating customers fairly and ethicallyHolding or working towards relevant qualifications (e.g. CII PMI CPP)Whatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
