HR Advise Me are seeking to recruit an HR consultant to join our busy HR consultancy.

People are our business - we provide a one stop shop to employers providing HR consultancy, commercial and employment law advice, HR support and Wellbeing solutions.

We are looking for an HR professional who is CIPD qualified with a strong ER background and with experience of administering payroll and employee benefits. You may demonstrate a keen interest in moving into Consulting from an in-house role, or even have set up your own successful consultancy business but be looking to work within a team and as part of a wider group.

You will work proactively with CEOs, MD’s, Trustees and Business owners to build and develop strong working relationships and to understand their HR needs, exploring solutions and identifying the level and type of support required to meet their business needs. As an expert member of the team, you will manage client relationships and help us to grow our business through identifying added value and cross selling opportunities.

This role will be key in helping to grow our client base both in London and the South East so we are flexible about where you are based although you would be expected to travel to our offices in London, Tunbridge Wells and Brighton on a regular basis.
