This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers and driving the success of our marinas.The role will include but not limited to:Group sales, sales strategy, product development, customer loyalty schemes, CRM and marketing. This includes group annual berthing sales performance and targeting new annual berth holders from our competitors.Management of enquiry generation, management and sales conversion.Leading the marketing team and the Marina Managers in sales matters as they have ultimate responsibility for marina berth sales. Providing the Executive team and the Board with meaningful sales performance KPIs by marina and by product.
