Very exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to join an independent creative agency on a 12 month FTC. The successful person will be responsible for providing EA support to the Heads of Departments, you will be an expert at juggling diaries, possess bags of initiative and a pro-active nature.
Duties will include ( but are not limited to):
- Extensive diary management for multiple people which changes constantly
- Acting as reliable gatekeeper, relaying messages and ensuring colleagues can come to you when your Principle is not available
- Organising the coordination of annual reviews, chasing and collating feedback in the lead-up to review meetings, scheduling review meetings etc
- Being the go-to for creative ideas and hotspots for client and team socials and events
- Booking business travel when required
- Occasionally creating presentations for internal and external use so a good understanding of Google docs and Keynote is essential
- Compiling and submitting expenses and timesheets
The role requires an adept organiser who can manage multiple tasks and multiple diaries in an ever-changing environment while keeping a cool head. This is a busy but exciting role that requires a strong EA with at least 3+years exp. ideally within the Advertising/and or Creative fields. You will be personable and confident in working both independently and collaboratively and possess the ability to build relationships easily, liaising at all levels across the agency are a must.
