Salary: 50,000 euros + Benefits
VISA Assistance may be available if you are not an EU Passport Holder

The Role:

We are looking of a senior account supervisor or junior account director to lead the day to day account which involve thinking strategically, creatively and delivers on detail.

The account is an iconic loved brand with a history of doing famous advertising. The agency ranked in the top 10 agencies of the decade in the Cannes report and consistently produces outstanding, global work.

You’ll be awesome at managing the major global accounts and working closely with key stakeholders.

More important than the title, the candidate will need to have a serious passion, even an obsession for creativity, great advertising and wanting to do the best work of their life

You:

Previous experience as an Account Manager or Junior Account Manager within an creative / integrated / Ad agency
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Demonstrated success in developing and executing campaigns that achieve results
An understanding and experience of working ideally with major, international brands - FMCG sector is a real bonus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges
A passion for creativity and working in an environment that challenges the norm.
Problem solver who can think on their feet and seek out new opportunities for the business and the clients
