At our team your ideas and expertise will shape the future of trading.Job Summary:As a Lead Software Engineer in Asset Management Trading Technology you will help transform trading from an art into a science. You will build and maintain industry-leading platforms that manage orders and execute trades across diverse asset classes. Working closely with Traders you will automate and optimize the trading lifecycle. You will be part of a Site Reliability Engineering team that values technical growth rapid deployment and creative problem-solving.Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain reliable scalable and observable trading systemsCollaborate directly with Traders to deliver impactful solutionsApply Site Reliability Engineering principles to enhance system performanceDevelop and support core Java applications for trading platformsImplement next-generation messaging and streaming technologies such as KafkaMonitor and improve system observability using tools like GrafanaDrive continuous improvement and fast iterative deliveryDeploy code to production dailyEncourage and contribute creative ideas for technology advancementEnsure end-to-end quality and elegance in all solutionsRequired Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:Hands-on experience with end-to-end software systemsStrong knowledge of core JavaFamiliarity with messaging and streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka)Understanding of modern software architectureExperience applying Site Reliability Engineering principlesCommitment to building reliable and scalable systemsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFocus on observability and real-time monitoringDedication to continuous improvement and rapid deliveryPreferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:Experience with Grafana or similar monitoring toolsInterest in financial markets and trading technology Key Skills Spring,.NET,C/C++,Go,React,OOP,C#,Data Structures,JavaScript,Software Development,Java,Distributed Systems Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
