Our client, a leading healthcare technology firm founded in April 2022, is a pioneer in AI-driven medical imaging solutions. With a mission to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare system performance, they are focused on transforming how cardiac MRI is delivered globally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee IT projects, from inception to implementation.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for improved productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Define and execute IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
  • Evaluate and onboard vendors, overseeing hardware and software testing strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are robust and operational.
  • Manage and report on IT budget allocation to support organizational objectives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Experience in designing and implementing IT systems to drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Superior leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
