You’re a passionate, pro-active account manager keen to help our paid partners scale their paid social channels, with an emphasis on Meta.

We are a creative-led agency on the performance side of the business with a focus on iterative creative testing.

You have strong analytical skills, a data-led creative approach, and thrive across different projects in parallel.

We see the businesses we work with as strategic and collaborative partners (as if we were an extension of their in-house team) rather than simply great clients.

This is the perfect role for someone who cares deeply about helping other businesses, thinks strategically, and adapts quickly.

Responsibilities

Account ownership: Proactively manage and improve the performance of our partners’ paid social accounts.

  • Own their paid performance, testing pipeline and overarching paid strategy
  • Maintain a strong relationship

Strategy development and execution: Develop and execute the paid media strategy for our app partners using a creative-first, data-driven approach.

  • Carry out audits and propose campaign structure for new clients
  • Build the media plan with relevant experiments and ‘always-on’ campaigns
  • Set up and run campaigns and experiments

Experimentation: Develop the experiment pipeline collaboratively with our partners.

  • Work collaboratively with the partner to create detailed briefs
  • Project manage the delivery of the assets with our network of designers and content creators

Campaign & Competitive Insights: Analyse campaign data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data-driven decisions to drive partner objectives such as app downloads, trials and subscriptions.

  • Develop comprehensive analyses detailing experiment results and present findings to partners, highlighting key learnings and areas to further explore
  • Uncover actionable campaign and competitor insights to share with partners in QBRs and iterated upon on in future campaign strategies

MMP Attribution Integrations and troubleshooting:

  • Review and set up the MMP integrations for paid channels for pre-launch partners
  • Support existing partners with new or ongoing attribution issues within MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust and engage with their respective MMP support teams where necessary

Qualifications

  • 4+ years expertise in performance marketing, with a focus on app marketing
  • Extensive experience working with creative teams and content creators in creating first-in-class ads for paid social
  • Ability to digest, interpret and clearly communicate insights from complex performance data, internally and to our partners.
  • Experience in working across a range of clients and projects at the same time (in an agency setting or as a consultant)
  • Proficient in crafting campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and others
  • Deeply analytical, with a strong grasp of MMPs and tools such as Mixpanel, Data Studio, and Google Scripts
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a drive to excel in task execution
  • Excel in navigating dynamic environments such as startups, agencies, or fast-paced settings, versatile across multiple roles
  • Demonstrate solid commercial insight, with an intuitive understanding of what makes creatives effective
  • Skilled communicator, capable of engaging and presenting to diverse audiences
  • Experienced in mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth and success
