Reporting into the VP of Finance and working closely with the Executive team, you will be responsible for modelling the company’s long-term plan and routine/ad-hoc forecasts across the company. Given that this is a high growth SME, this will be an ideal role for someone who can take the initiative, roll up their sleeves and get into the detail.


About the role:


  • Business Partnering cross functionally across the business to deliver timely and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Supporting the VP of Finance on the management of the Company’s long-term financial plan, including the financial modelling and reporting to investors on a routine and ad hoc basis
  • Supporting in providing analysis and reporting for investment proposals and any due diligence concerning fundraising
  • Work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and accounting team to understand and do monthly reporting with variance analysis commentary
  • Reviewing ways to improve financial processes to achieve optimal efficiency


About You:


  • Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience working at a start-up or high-growth company
  • Experience in a retail business
  • Strong Analytical, financial planning, and budget management skills
  • Advanced Excel and presentational skills
  • Highly commercial and willing to challenge information
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Self starting, creative and proactive
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Experience using NetSuite, or a similar ERP system ideally


Working Pattern:


London: Hybrid - 3/4 days per week in the office

Salary: £80k - £90k
