Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, London (Hybrid working)
£50- £60kpa Plus Benefits
Vitae are delighted to be partnering with a fast moving, global business recruit an FP&A Manager, which is newly created. The individual will manage the delivery of accurate and timely management reporting including monthly financial reporting and provide adhoc analytical support to middle and upper management for UK and Ireland entities.
Key Duties:

- Reporting monthly management accounts, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cashflow statement.
- Support the financial controller in the annual budget process, quarterly forecasting and long-term planning cycles, including production of budget packs for the Corporate Team.
- Provide input for continuous improvement in support of forecast cycles and monthly close processes.
- Partner with cross functional finance teams to ensure effective communication and execution of requirements
- Provide financial analysis to support tactical and strategic decision making (e.g., input to business cases, cost analysis, what if scenarios, etc.).
- Responsible for monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unplanned variances.
- Support the treasury head in creating connected management information flows to enable efficient cashflow reporting and forecasting.
- Continual improvement and development of management information and cost analysis, including working capital analysis.
- Recruit, manage and coach one finance analyst.
