This 'Third Party Administrator - with a difference’ is the brain child of several insurance veterans with rich pedigrees in utilising state-of-the-art technology to tackle longstanding problems in the claims industry. This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

Due to having long-term deals in place with a number of MGA’s (each with diverse books of business), the need has arisen to appoint a Motor Claims Team Leader. Here, you will be responsible for managing a team of Motor Claims Handlers, each dealing with a varied caseload including Damage, Credit Hire, and Personal Injury. Your managerial duties will include training, development and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file /audit checking to ensure compliance. In addition, you will be a referral point for more complex / contentious claims.
