This is a brand-new role - a rare opportunity to shape how we deliver performance, innovation, and results at scale.You'll be the go-to person for unlocking potential across service, quality, and cost, and for building a supply chain that can flex, grow, and adapt with our ambitious plans.This role can be based in Leeds, Bristol or Ipswich.What You'll Be DoingDesign and deliver a roadmap for network optimisation and future growth.Lead initiatives that enhance speed, cost-efficiency, and service quality across the end-to-end supply chain.Partner with Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Operations to identify and deliver performance improvements.Facilitate workshops and reviews to align teams and solve complex operational challenges.Establish, monitor, and evolve KPI frameworks to track performance and uncover opportunities.Present actionable insights and updates to senior leadership.Build a high-performing, agile supply chain that thrives on continuous improvement.Design sustainable, scalable solutions that eliminate repeat defects and strengthen long-term capability.What You'll BringProven experience in supply chain performance, planning, or productivity roles.Proven success in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.High-energy, hands-on leadership style - you roll up your sleeves and get things done.Experience managing budgets and influencing P&L outcomes.Familiarity with tools such as Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru, SAP APO/IBP is advantageous.BBBH: 34920
