Role: Childcare Support Worker
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (7 days on - 7 days off)
Location: North Aston, Oxfordshire
Required: Full UK driving Licence and access to own vehicle

The Opportunity
Our next Residential Care Worker will be someone who has:
● Required: Full UK driving Licence and access to own vehicle
● A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives.
● Patience, resilience, and calmness.

Some of your duties would be as follows
● Supporting young people to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
● Engage our young people in tasks and activities

Park Farm, as one of our registered independent accommodations, offers support for vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.
