Apply todayJob Details This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.Job PurposeThis role is required to support the Branded Medical Supply Chain and Surgical Supply Chain team with replenishment duties of a specific range of manufacturers, bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers and other day-to-day tasks which may develop in line with the business’ requirements. It requires building strong internal & external stakeholder relationships, responding to requests, supporting by ensuring excellent ongoing service whilst delivering against the business’ agreed KPIs (key performance indicators).Principle Accountabilities Replenishment:Perform replenishment duties in the described manner.Ensure stock availability at all times in the most efficient way.Maintain a service level equal or greater than 99%.Follow up on late deliveries.Obtain stock information from manufacturers on a weekly basis.Follow up on out of stocks.Review / maintain most up to date customer messaging at all times.Maintain “lean inventory levels” in accordance with order cycles, departmental- and /or contractual parameters.De-risk product write-off scenarios.Ensure replenishment in accordance with product buying multiples.PO (Purchase Order) line adjustments, advanced shipping noticesPerform analyses for reporting/performance. Range Review:Continually looking at ways to improve efficiencies within your managed range.Manage new product setups and discontinuations.Maintain master product data such as buying multiples.Manhattan Product Life Cycle management. Manage bespoke customer ordering processes against monthly deadlines. Support the supply chain team with annual leave cover and or day-to-dayactivities. Establish professional long-term relationships with external- & internal stakeholders. Senior Extra Responsibilities:Leadership to the team on customer messages (ones about to expire and ones where line has losses but no message)Daily check to be carried out on business loss reportReviewing from a higher level on late deliveries for the team.Check teams screens in Manhattan daily to make sure all order screens have been cleared– If not chasing planners to get things cleared.Responsible for partial training of team members with process’s and systems – ensure that training module is followed and planners are aware of all responsibilitiesResponsible for covering their manager while on leave to make sure any daily tasks are covered and urgent requests are dealt withCheck SAP for any orders that have error’s the reasons and solutions – Error’s to be cleared dailySupport with SAP/Relex on issues and finding ways to fix, or show how to use in the correct ways.Senior planner to be looking after some key or challenging suppliers, to ensure all issues and solutions are put in place.Boots service level tracker to be updated weekly –responsible for gathering info from planners and updating the tracker.Key working RelationshipsInternal Client Services Team Operations Service Centre departments Category Teams / Buyers Implementation and Performance Manager Finance – Supplier Maintenance & Pricing Hospital Teams IT & Service DeskExternal SuppliersKnowledge, Skills And Experience RequiredAbility to work in a teamPrevious experience as a team leader (desirable)Time management & task prioritisation is critical with ability to work under pressureStrong interpersonal communication skills including a professional telephone mannerAbility to analyse and interpret numerical data (desirable)Working knowledge of MS Office with intermediate excel skills such as Pivot Tables, V-lookups, knowledge of basic excel formulae etc.Customer focused. Needs to be a self-starterA good understanding and knowledge of supply chain / logistics / replenishment within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare- or FMCG companies is beneficial but not a requirement.
