About the role

Talogy is seeking a motivated individual to join Talogy as a Junior Brand Marketing Specialist within our global Brand Marketing team. This is an exciting role for someone at the start of their Brand Marketing career. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the market sees the impact we make at companies around the world, through initiatives like producing our case studies, coordinating our presence on review websites and supporting the Brand Marketing team in their day-to-day roles.

This role is a full-time permanent position based in the United Kingdom, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours. There will be occasional travel required for events, meetings and workshops. Day-to-day, this role can be performed remotely.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, you’ll be working with teams across the global organization including Sales, R&D and the Product Marketing team on the following:


  • Case study development: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather information and create engaging case studies that highlight customer success stories. This includes crafting content for internal and external resources such as slide decks and website copy.
  • Review site coordination: Manage and coordinate our presence on various review sites, ensuring our brand is accurately represented and customer feedback is highlighted and shared accordingly.
  • Client collaboration initiatives: Assist with the creation of client content, such as podcasts, webinars and videos
  • Award submissions: Assist the wider marketing team with award submissions, at a global and regional level
  • Stakeholder communication: Confidently communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, cross-functional teams, to gather information, coordinate projects, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Project coordination: Assist in pulling together various moving parts of brand marketing projects, ensuring all elements are aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Support Brand Marketing projects: Provide support on other brand marketing initiatives within the team as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience requirements

Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in Marketing

  • Ability to talk confidently to a variety of stakeholders.
