What you'll do:

As a Sales Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Commercial Manager. You will coordinate customer orders, ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with the sales process and driving business growth. You will also have the opportunity to seek out new business leads using various means including existing databases, internet & social media. Your ability to maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients will be crucial in this role.

  • Making telephone sales calls to both "cold" and "warm" prospective customers.
  • Seek out new business leads using various means including using existing data base, internet & social media.
  • Maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate order processing, working closely with operations and logistics teams.
  • Assist in generating sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analysing sales performance.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the sales coordination and customer service process.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Coordinator position brings 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination, customer service or administrative roles. You are confident in meeting customers on phone and face-to-face, demonstrating your passion for driving sales forward even under pressure. Your strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities will enable you to excel in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams etc., along with your ability to work accurately and systematically will be key assets.

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination, customer service or administrative roles.
  • Confident in meeting customers on phone and face-to-face.
  • Passionate about driving sales forward with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good levels of ability in Microsoft Word and Excel, Teams etc.
  • Ability to work accurately and systematically.
