We require a Progress Chaser at our Suzuki Dealership in Bilston. This key role requires excellent communication and administrative skills as you will be responsible for assisting the Used Car Sales team with the preparation of cars for both display and handover.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation of all used cars from check in through to preparation and photography. Your role and responsibilities will include:

- Effectively co-ordinating and controlling all delivery activities once an order has been placed.
- Liaising with all departments to progress chase the order and prepare them for the scheduled delivery.
- In addition, the successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out all pre-delivery checks on the car and preparing all documentation ready for the customer at collection.
- Checking in Used cars.
- Fuelling cars
- Organising weekly photography of used cars
- Assisting with the organisation of vehicle preparation
- Helping to organise the collection of trade vehicles
- Assisting with the preparation of vehicles for handover
- Managing the loading of cars onto the internet
- Maintaining showroom standards and managing brochure stock
- Site maintenance

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. You must be used to working in a competitive and process driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.

This position is within a busy sales environment, as such you will be provided with a competitive remuneration package and vehicle as well as industry leading product and manufacturer training. This is a fulltime position with 23 days paid annual leave, raising to 25 with longevity of service.
