The role:

In this Account Manager role, you will work on their key clients which have links to the home interiors, built environment, retail & property-based sectors and you will take responsibility for handling their TTL requirements, online and offline. The clients are a mix of business to business and consumer, and cover different sectors as do their requirements - typical projects include all forms of advertising, brand, design and print, outdoor, social & websites etc. Plenty to keep you developing & learning. No matter how busy things get, there’s some savvy & experienced people around you, to give you that helping hand, when necessary, and they do this willingly, not as a chore. They’re more than happy to give you their time, and they want you to learn & develop. You'll work very closely with a wonderful Senior AD, who you’ll learn heaps from, to formulate campaign strategies, and then oversee the status of each campaign, start to finish.

You will also be working closely with creative and digital teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain, and they are as clear and inspirational as possible. Needless to say, you will want to run with things, do your best & get a kick from working on an array of very interesting projects.

What we’re looking for:

In essence, you will be a dab hand at overseeing the development of briefs on all creative projects, and capable of working very closely with creative, PR and digital teams. You will have an eye for creativity as well as being able to keep an eye on costs & timescales of each project & for these reasons, it is necessary to have a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines which must have been gained in an agency environment.

You'll need to be confident and have the ability to deal with a varied portfolio of clients within different sectors across B2B and B2C, offering them professional, effective and proactive service at all times. Above all else, you will be experienced in delivering projects across multiple channels from advertising and print to online. As well as being able to work closely with client services and other teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs. You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and enjoy the challenge when a pitch for new or existing business is taking shape.

Exposure to clients in the home interiors or sectors would be an advantage but, of equal importance is being at your best within a growing agency which still has a great close-knit feel about it.

What’s on offer?
