Are you a proactive, client-focused Executive Assistant with exceptional communication skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building relationships? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support two senior executives within the Financial Sponsors Group of a global investment bank. You will be assisting with the management of high-profile client interactions while seamlessly organising the personal logistics and arrangements for the senior executives.
 
You will provide strategic, high-level support at MD level, proactively managing  diaries and anticipating their business needs. Specifically you will:
  • Manage and maintain an extensive client network, scheduling and coordinating meetings with key stakeholders, and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external parties.
  • Oversee CRM database management, ensuring client data is up-to-date, tracking interactions, and using the system to help the MDs stay ahead of client relationship-building efforts.
  • Understand the MDs business objectives and proactively arrange meetings and networking opportunities with the right people at the right time.
  • Organise and coordinate complex travel itineraries for domestic and international trips, including meetings and events.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and materials for client engagements, ensuring the MDs are fully prepared and informed.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and colleagues, managing follow-ups, and cultivating strong relationships.
 
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, gained within an investment environment (Investment Banking, Private Equity or Investment Management), ideally within a similar division. Investor Relations, Corporate Access and Financial Sponsors would all be relevant and of interest.
 
Additionally you will have:
  • Experience with CRM database management, with great attention to detail understanding the importance of proactively updating client data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident, articulate, and able to communicate with and represent senior executives in high-profile engagements.
  • Proactive, with strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities.
  • Highly organised proven Assistant experience, able to juggle multiple organisational in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional attention to detail.
