About the role Support stores to achieve sales targets and profitability in line with budgetEnsure all stores provide outstanding customer serviceCreate and maintain effective relationships between stores and Head OfficeImplement, monitor, and maintain store, Health & Safety, and company standardsMentor, train, and support store managers to effectively manage their storeMotivate and drive performance through structured store visitsContribute to sourcing, fitting, and opening stores and concessions as well as supporting store re-fits   Key competencies Personal
