A growing financial services firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to proactively engage clients, set appointments from client databases, and manage high-volume outbound calls. You'll be the friendly, professional voice of the firm, combining expert telephone skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Proactive Client Engagement Deliver frequent outbound calls to clients before, during, and after adviser meetings. Handle inbound enquiries and ensure positive client outcomes. Support contact strategies, including event attendance and targeted client/prospect engagement. Operational & Administrative Support Coordinate adviser review meetings and prepare all related documentation. Maintain and develop the central client database to support re-engagement activity.
