Together we shape the evolution.The OpportunityAs a credit controller you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and with support from your colleagues help to reduce aged debt across the Business Pay customer base employing various systems to carry out your duties.Day to Day responsibilitiesThese will include:Chasing payment for all accounts in your portfoliosAnswering inbound calls from customer servicesProcessing and allocating card payments Dispute managementComplaint handingSubmitting proof of debts to liquidators administrators trustees and Insolvency PractitionersReferring accounts for debt collection Monitoring worklists on debt collectors websitesSubmitting court claims (Money Claims On Line)Allocation of debt agency paymentsAdhoc duties as requiredWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers.
