Our client, based in the vibrant Wolverhampton City Campus, is seeking a talented Credit Controller and TNE Partnerships Officer to join their Finance team. If you have a passion for finance and a knack for building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you Position: Credit Controller and TNE Partnerships Officer Location: Wolverhampton City Campus Pay Rate: 14.00 per hour Contract: Temporary, starting ASAP, based on-site 5 days per week What You'll Do: As part of our dynamic Finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring financial stability and fostering partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: Proactively managing credit control and debt recovery processes for students, sponsors, and external organisations. Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and positive interactions. Supporting the University's financial health by reducing overall indebtedness. Assisting in the management of partnerships with educational bodies and funding organisations. Conducting reconciliation activities and handling invoice management with accuracy. What We're Looking For: We're in search of a motivated individual who meets the following criteria: Previous credit control experience (essential). Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer service mindset. Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and reconciliation activities. Knowledge of funding bodies and educational partnerships is a plus Why Join Us?
