Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital rewarding role.ResponsibilitiesAs Parts Fulfillment Senior Director Services Eurasia you provide direct leadership and management of all Parts Fulfilment personnel in Eurasia Field Services circa 200 FTE. This is a role for an experienced leader who has a proven track record of developing global teams whilst meeting inventory targets and achieving service levels. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Field Service Leaders Sales teams Logistics Leaders Supply Chain Operations leaders Repair / Refurbishment and Procurement. Your team is critical to ensure we have the right balance between; the right parts in the field for use by our service engineers based on consumption and at the same time ensuring we have met inventory targets.Your previous recent experience in scale leadership roles covering global inventory management P&L whilst achieving service levels in a sales through service led organization will ensure we run an effective Eurasia wide fulfilment operation meeting service levels and minimizing customer penalties but crucially optimizing our working capital. Success in the position requires a strong supply chain mind set and experience of working in supporting field services in a large and matrixed corporation.This is a remote role with travel across Eurasia. This role can be based in the UK Germany or Netherlands.Responsibilities:Accountable for the Europe & Asia (Eurasia) field spares Gross inventory c100m $Accountable for the Eurasia (DNGL) P & L c $40 revenue 20% GMLead a Eurasia wide team of c300 within direct span of control for fulfilment of spare parts ordering and inventory (Europe and Asia based)You will articulate and present facts to an executive audience each week / monthImprove existing processes and develop change programmes to drive performance improvement.Drive major improvement in our Inventory management and spare parts turn rate aiming to be the best in class. (4)Automate Inventory ordering moving from a push system to a pull system (80% pull target) from all regions of Europe & AsiaSupport the repair centre strategy and associated bowler metrics to ensure we have the right balance of reparable parts new buy orders and productivity.Leverage and enhance key performance metrics (the Eurasia Parts Fulfilment) bowler and regularly assess the performance of the Eurasia spare parts management through the weekly run processInfluence and directly impact the improvement of the Field service behavior (demonstrate through bowler metrics of Ordered not used and slow-moving field inventory)QualificationsDemonstrate experience of Leading a large team of people (200 ) to manage spares parts inventory repair and Inventory planning for a comparable revenue / inventory $ businessDemonstrate experience of managing a similar P and L.Minimum 10 years experience in Inventory management including working in a comparable service business with new buy and legacy spares supply repair and inventory processes.Experience in a high SKU count spares part business ideally more than 10000 SKUs.Experience in leading transformation programmes across supply chains.Experience of managing & controlling inventory across multiple logistics functions and systemsHas had direct accountability for inventory targets as well as spare parts availability targets.Has delivered and can demonstrate savings of 1 million plus $ through annualized continuous improvement programmes.Ideally is experienced in: o Inventory Fulfilment planning with an element of refurbishment of field returned faulty parts o managing outbound freight costs (parcel) balancing re-order points / replenishment volumes with freight cost and carried inventory levels o managing supplier deliveryProven ability to grow and develop high-performance teams.Strong relationship management skills are required to build trusting relationships with cross functional stakeholders. Use these relationships to support and challenge these stakeholders.Strong analytical and conceptual skillsBachelors degree level or equivalent by experience.Leadership skills with a proven track record to convince others through written and spoken communications.
