Group People Advisor – The Role:

The role of the People Advisor will be to support the full running of the Human Resources function across Domis Construction, Matic, Wright Landscapes and all associated group companies.

Group People Advisor – Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for all HR queries from both manager and employees

- Coach and support Management to ensure an effective understanding of their role and responsibilities with regards to people policies, procedures and strategy

- Ensure an effective and consistent approach to people management in relation to disciplinary, grievance and employee consultation

- Build an effective working relationships with staff at all levels of the Organisation

- Communicate any gaps or development needs in relation to people policies and procedures and assisting in reviewing/updating existing policies and procedures

- Support recruitment, succession planning and performance management activities across the group

- Participate in projects as identified and agreed

- Support the management of all employee absence and wellbeing across the group

Group People Advisor – You:

- Previous experience of working within a HR role, ideally across multi sites

- Ideally CIPD qualified

- A proven track record of delivering great results, developing people and dealing with complex people situations

- Experience of juggling high priority tasks to ensure timeframes are met

- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

- Effective communication skills across all levels

- Ability to influence the right decision and outcome to ensure the company is always complaint

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, in English, and the ability to present ideas and opportunities (including using known presentational tools)

- IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

- Full UK driving license as role will involve travelGroup People Advisor – Benefits:
