What we ask from a chef
Collaborate with a team of chefs to create quality meals from a pre-ordered menu.
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and evening meals.
Supervise and support the prisoner workforce in food production.
Must pass security clearance, including a 5-year UK address history.
Pasion & ability to work inside a prison kitchen, supporting prisoners in food production and cooking.
Flexible, motivated, positive and a can do attitude
Knowledge of health and food safety legislation.
