Contact Centre Sales Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to work for a client just outside the centre of York to help with the onboarding on new customers, with no cold calling involved. Along with a competitive basic salary of £23,400 you can also earn up to an additional £4,000 in bonus each year, and on top of that, this comes with the benefit of free on-site parking or just a 20-minute walk from the station plus an excellent staff benefits package including 35 days holiday, free private healthcare, hybrid working, free on-site gym and much more This Customer Service Sales Advisor position will involve the following duties:Speak on the phone with both new and existing customersMake phone calls following up warm leads to support potential customers, who have either requested information on the website or have started the application processRetain members who wish to cancel their membership by informing them of the benefits and the companies unique selling pointsGeneral administration duties, including answering any email questions or queries from customers delivering excellent customer serviceYou will receive a fantastic training programme, followed by ongoing support from your team and manager. If you have worked within Customer Services, have excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, we want to hear from you This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary of £23,400 plus a bonus of up to £4,000 per year based on individual performance which is paid quarterly
