Do you have MOJ/OIC Claims Handling experience? If so Keoghs are seeking a Claims Handler (CH2) to join their Liverpool team. The claims handler will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated and Low Value Pre Litigated Motor Claims for our Corporate clients.Key Accountabilities• To effectively and efficiently manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims up to £25k, including high value/complex matters from inception to settlement. • Identify cases for early litigation with high prospects o success and low risk. • To support delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity• To work closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver consistently high levels of service • To input accurate data and ensure data maintenance• Interact and communicate with clients• Mentoring, training and to be the technical referral point for other team membersWorking Hours 35 hours per weekMonday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.Primary location for this role is Liverpool.
