About the Role

As Paid Media Director, you’ll take ownership of both PPC and Paid Social campaigns while leading a team of Account Managers and Executives. Balancing hands-on campaign execution with strategic oversight, you’ll work directly with clients to achieve their goals while contributing to business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns across PPC and Paid Social channels, ensuring client objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Oversee and mentor a team, encouraging professional development and driving high-performance results.
  • Support new business efforts, including pitching to potential clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Combine strategic planning with hands-on campaign management to ensure optimal performance.


Your Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, focusing on PPC and Paid Social.
  • Proven experience managing teams of at least three people in an agency environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.
  • A background in B2B or eCommerce is advantageous but not required.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for campaign and account growth.
