Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Paid Media Specialist proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping Releaf's digital strategy and driving impactful campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads that resonate with our target audience. Your primary focus will be on coordinating campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimise performance, driving patient acquisition, and ensuring positive ROI. This is an excellent opportunity for an agency side, seasoned expert to bring their skills in-house and make a significant impact to a fast growing and dynamic business.
What we expect from this role:
- You should thrive in a KPI/performance driven environment. You should have a relentless hunger to consistently overachieve on targets.
- Set up, create, manage & report on Meta ad campaigns.
- Set up, create, manage & report on Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up, create, manage & report on other ad platforms (e.g Twitter & Reddit)
- Daily, weekly & monthly performance reports.
- When necessary, work with Design teams in creating new, high converting landing pages to improve ROI.
- Working with the design team and Brand Manager to produce advertising creatives.
- Working with copywriters and the Compliance Director to produce advertising copy.
- Consistently focus on CPA to ensure budget forecasts are met and exceeded.
- Ensuring pixels are implemented correctly and tracking accurately.
- Ensuring GA4 tracking is implemented correctly and reporting accurately.
- Supporting the wider marketing team with GA4 reporting and being the lead for all things GA4 and data integrity.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- 3+ years with Google Analytics and high proficiency in GA4.
- Experience in developing and managing comprehensive Ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Data-driven and proven ability to analyse data for insights through Meta Analytics and other Third-Party Apps (e.g GA4).
- Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working.
- Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines.
- Meta Media Buying Certification is preferred.
- Twitter ads and Reddit ads experience preferred.
