Employee Relations (ER) Consultant

Glasgow & Belfast

 

Are you passionate about building strong, positive relationships within an organisation? Thales in the UK is searching for an Employee Relations Consultant to champion our people-focused approach, enhancing trust, engagement, and collaboration across our sites, entities, and functions. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership, collective representatives, and employees to create an inclusive, supportive work environment where everyone can thrive. This position will based in Glasgow and Belfast and you will be required to travel between the two sites.

 

💼 Key Responsibilities:

   •       Drive our ER strategy alongside leadership and collective representatives.

   •       Champion EDI Strategy integration, shaping a diverse and welcoming culture.

   •       Lead consultations and negotiations with collective bargaining groups.

   •       Foster employee engagement and participation, strengthening workplace relationships.

   •       Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations insight and strategy.
