Trust Secretary (8c) - Flexible for Exceptional Candidates

Are you ready to play a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation? At Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Trust Secretary to support our Chief Executive, Chair, and Directors, ensuring effective leadership and exemplary management. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, enabling our Trust Board to fulfil its duties with efficiency and effectiveness. As a Trust Secretary, you'll provide expert committee secretariat and governance support, combining strong technical knowledge with sound judgment in complex situations. Additionally, you will  guide executive and hospital site management teams to establish and maintain robust corporate governance arrangements.

We are seeking someone with a proven track record in corporate governance and committee secretariat support. You should possess exceptional judgment and technical knowledge to navigate complex scenarios and demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive Trust-wide risk management initiatives. Your ability to strengthen our governance framework will be vital to our success.
